Order cancellation is only allowed before it's shipped. If you made an order by mistake, please email us immediately. 

Parts and Accessories

Rerode Moto will accept returns or exchanges on unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for any returned parts and accessories.

Please contact us to request a return authorization number before shipping your items back to Rerode Moto. Send in your item(s) using your preferred shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

Refund

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or a Rerode Moto Account Credit.
